I spoke with Hunter on the phone and he went over all of the information we needed (unit number, how to access the facility). A text message was then sent to me with all of the information and specifics for the facility. This process was simple and quick. Hunter was very helpful. While I did not speak with the owner, the owner is the one who approved a discount to help out the Girl Scout troop. I have not personally rented from this storage unit but I live in sheridan and I will say this is the most well maintained storage facility in this town. Clean and amazing management
